The TCP Americas Tour 2025 concluded its visit to Argentina, leaving an indelible mark

Despite the cold and wet weather conditions on the Paraná River, a location between the Iguazú Falls in Brazil and the Río de la Plata delta north of Buenos Aires where Rosario, Lionel Messi's hometown, is located, the first day of the TCP Americas Tour Argentina was a resounding success, with a sold-out event at the Puerto Norte Design Hotel on August 19. More than forty companies from the manufacturing sector of one of Argentina's main industrial pillars, which is renowned for its world-class agro-export hub, steel industry, and automotive sector, attended the event.

The technology event in Buenos Aires was also a success, with a full house at the Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta on August 20 and then on August 21 at the headquarters of the Argentine Chamber of the Plastics Industry.

A clear and direct message: realistic AI for manufacturers

The public response was overwhelming. The message of an AI that is realistic, proven, and specific to the manufacturing sector resonated strongly. Attendees were seeking solutions without empty promises or frills, and that's precisely what they received. The tour agenda focused on three main topics:

Advanced MES for plant automation: Tools to optimize production processes through the Epicor Kinetic platform.

Improving customer relationships: Strategies for strengthening ties with the customer base using SugarCRM.

AI analytics: The highlight of the tour, where artificial intelligence was presented as a solution to the industry's most pressing challenges using the TCP Fluent Platform.

All three topics generated significant interest, but the big revelation was TCP's Fluent. This AI analysis tool captured the audience's attention with its ability to read any system or database, enabling companies to process the enormous amount of information they handle, intelligently.

Challenges and opportunities in the Argentine manufacturing industry

Through conversations with attendees, it became clear that local companies face common challenges, including manual and decentralized processes, as well as a large amount of data that is difficult to analyze using traditional methods. Their level of automation development is low, as their primary focus has been on producing more and better products, leaving aside other key areas such as document processing and sales analysis.

In this context, the adoption of AI in Argentina's manufacturing industry is still in its infancy. However, the enthusiasm and the large number of questions that arose during the tour indicate that companies are ready to explore how AI can help them overcome these challenges and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

A successful conclusion with an eye to the future

The presentation at the Argentine Chamber of the Plastics Industry (CAIP) in Buenos Aires was notable for its exceptionally high attendance rate. Interest was such that a webinar was planned for members of the plastics industry outside the capital to participate, which is scheduled for next September.

The reception in Argentina was overwhelming and, together with previous tours in Mexico and Colombia, validates the importance of live events and interaction with attendees, confirming the need to return to the country and others in the region. The TCP Americas Team is already planning a schedule for next year to reach more cities and continue building a relevant audience of potential customers.

The TCP Americas Tour 2025 demonstrated that the future of the Argentine manufacturing industry lies in the integration of artificial intelligence, and that human connection remains key to success. The team at PAC Software S.A. was instrumental in the excellent organization, and the conversation with companies already users of Epicor Kinetic, served to exemplify the tools shown with real use cases. TCP would also like to extend a special thank you to the Argentine Chamber of the Plastics Industry for its support in this successful event.
